1. Appointments & Booking

1.1 Scheduling Appointments

  • All consultations and services must be scheduled in advance.
  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellations

  • To be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, including no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new booking and are subject to availability.

2.3 Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled or shortened based on availability, and no refund will be issued.

3. Payment & Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services.
  • We accept [list payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, etc.].

3.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued if the session has already started or has been completed.

3.3 Digital Services & Completed Sessions

  • Due to the nature of our consulting, coaching, and digital services (including custom documents), refunds are not available for completed sessions or delivered digital products.
